This is a 6 week enterprise program designed to assess your all of your business processes from a technology perspective and includes:
Week 1 - We will look at your overall business model & processes to determine the gaps from a technology standpoint and prioritize which ones are in need of triage.
Week 2 - We will deep dive into your sales, accounting, leads, marketing, merchant services & retention systems to assess your as is process and discuss possible upgrades.
Week 3 - We will establish your high level systems critical to revenue generation like your CRM, Lead Generation and Management systems as a blueprint.
Week 4 & 5 - Implementation of the planned technology upgrades as defined in the blueprinting week.
Week 6 - We will finalize any technology upgrades and perform verification and testing to ensure results match requirements.
This is a 6 month coaching engagement that allows us to take time to develop and scale your business model.
We will meet (2) times monthly for an hour each time where we will deep dive into your business model to understand the current processes you use for your business today.
Once we have looked at your processes and determined where the overall efficiencies need to be improved or developed we will create a strategic plan to begin taking action to improve them.
We will use a proven methodology of looking at People, Process & Technology.
Each meeting will be compounded upon the previous with homework that needs to be completed prior to each next meeting to allow you to continue to move things forward towards the goals you have.
We will perform 3 evaluations during this time (1) every two months to ensure we are tracking to our initial plan and adjust as needed based on your realtime situation.
